Payment

What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?

Checkout is handled by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment processors. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Your card details are entered on Stripe's encrypted checkout page — Azend never sees or stores your card number.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

All sales are final, so please review your cart carefully before checking out. If you need to correct a shipping address, email orders@azendresearch.org as soon as possible — we can usually adjust it before dispatch, but changes aren't guaranteed once processing begins.

I forgot to apply my discount code — can it be added afterward?

Discount codes can only be applied at checkout and can't be added retroactively to a placed order. Your code stays valid — use it on your next order.

Bulk

Do you offer bulk or lab-account pricing?

Yes — Azend is built for lab-to-lab supply. Email orders@azendresearch.org with the products and quantities you need and we'll reply with volume pricing and lead times, usually the same business day.

Shipping

How does shipping work?

Live USPS & UPS rates are calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders ship from Miami, FL — most are dispatched within 1 business day. You'll get an order confirmation right away and tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — in addition to the United States, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs handling, which is the recipient's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track order page with your order reference (from your confirmation) and the email you checked out with. A carrier tracking number appears there as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery

Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived — or my package seems stuck. What now?

First check with household members, your building's mail area, and neighbors — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a few hours early. If it still hasn't turned up, or tracking hasn't moved for several days, email orders@azendresearch.org with your order reference and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.

How are orders packaged?

Products ship as sealed, lot-labelled vials in cushioned protective packaging. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable in transit at ambient temperature.

Products

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids synthesized for laboratory and in-vitro research. Everything Azend sells is strictly for research use only — not for human or animal consumption, and not approved by the FDA for any therapeutic use.

Documentation

Are your products tested? How do I verify a specific batch?

Every product is lot-labelled and fully traceable, and Certificates of Analysis are available on request. Email orders@azendresearch.org with the product name and the lot number on your vial (or your order number) and we'll send the documentation for your batch.

Storage

How should research materials be stored?

Keep unopened lyophilized vials sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage, laboratories typically refrigerate or freeze lyophilized material. Handle all materials according to your laboratory's standard operating procedures.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@azendresearch.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right. Change of mind and ordering errors aren't covered — please review your cart before checkout.

How do I get 15% off my first order?

Subscribe with your email on our homepage and we'll send you a one-time 15% discount code. Enter it at checkout — codes can't be applied after an order is placed.

Who can purchase from Azend?

Azend sells to qualified researchers and laboratories. All buyers must be 21 or older and agree that products are for laboratory research use only — not for human or animal consumption.
