Our products are supplied solely as research chemicals or research materials for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes only. By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The products are not intended for human or animal consumption in any form;
• The products are not drugs, medical devices, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body for such uses;
• The products must not be used in, on, or with humans or animals, and must not be used for any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or personal purpose;
• You will handle, store, and dispose of the products in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practices.

Nothing on our website, in our materials, or in any communication from us is intended as, or should be interpreted as, a medical claim or a representation that any product is safe or effective for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. Buyer responsibility and assumption of risk

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are solely responsible for confirming that importation and possession of the products are lawful in your jurisdiction and for any customs duties, taxes, or import handling, and you agree not to export or re-export the products in violation of applicable export-control laws.

Payments are processed by Stripe; by placing an order you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders that appear to violate these Terms.

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
