Shipping Policy

How and where we ship your order.

This Shipping Policy explains how Azend LLC ("Azend," "we," "us," or "our") processes and ships orders. All orders ship from Miami, Florida, USA.

Free shipping on orders over $150. Live USPS & UPS rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address; orders over $150 ship free.

Processing time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Carriers and rates

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS and UPS. Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and selected service. Shipping labels and tracking are generated through our shipping provider, Shippo.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship to addresses throughout the United States. Delivery times vary by service level and destination, but domestic orders typically arrive within a few business days after dispatch. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

International shipping

We currently ship to the following destinations:

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Available rates and services are shown at checkout for eligible addresses.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international)

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order can be lawfully imported into your country for research use. Packages may be delayed or held by customs; we are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities. We are not responsible for, and cannot refund or reship, orders that are seized, detained, or destroyed by customs or other authorities.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, a tracking number is generated so you can follow its progress. You can check your order status any time on our Track order page using your order reference (from your confirmation) and the email you checked out with.

Shipping delays

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other events outside our control. If your package appears delayed or stuck, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms a package lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a reshipment or refund.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please review our Refund & Returns Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
